The Workshop will be held online through our custom virtual conference center called Unhangout. These workshops are participant-driven, meaning that YOU and your fellow teacher participants will drive the conversation and lead the sessions. We think that a lot of valuable learning happens from our peers and colleagues, so we’re hoping this format will support teacher learning, a sense of community with fellow teachers, and self-confidence as a creative educator.

All K-12 teachers are invited! If you teach shop, English, physics, or cooking, we believe you can learn from one another about infusing aspects of making into your teaching and encouraging creativity in your students.

If you attend all five workshops and complete a written reflection, you’ll be awarded 10 Professional Development Points or 1 Continuing Education Credit (depending on what your employer recognizes), issued by MIT.
